In close cooperation with the client Combinatie Nieuwe Meer Sporen, Betonson (now Spanbeton) participated in developing solutions for the various engineered structures for OV SAAL in Amsterdam.

For the railway bridge over the Schinkel (Schinkel Bridge, KW10) a new type of beam was invented as an addition to the ZIPXL product line and horizontally curved box girders were installed for the Riekerpolder railway flyover (KW4C) with ‘floating’ edge beams.
